The more and more and more you think,
Get trapped in the ocean of overthinking and sink.
It’s just you who can get you out of this,
Have control of your own thoughts dear miss.

Anxiety can also drown you too,
Things get stuck in your mind like glue,
You feel exhausted too fast,
Keep smiling and reduce your stress,
So this problem won’t long last.

Jog, Jump, dance, and run,
Leave no chance to have a lot of fun.
Physical stability can improve mental health too,
Having mind and body healthy is just seen in few.

Sleep early and wake up early,
So your future becomes healthy and bright as pearly.
They say you need 7-8 hours of sleep every day,
Or there would be hospital bills in the future you would pay.

So caring for your mental health is not a big deal,
Being cool by nature is all you need to feel.
Health is a gift from God so I have an advice,
That mental health can’t be regained at any price.
So take care of your health properly,
To enjoy this life which is very lovely.
