Mindfulness

YOU CAN’T CONTROL THE WAVES, BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONE TO SURF…

An absolutely precise brief on the topic we are going to discuss. Yes, it’s a bit lesser explored and valued concept, though but no doubt a vital one. It’s mindfulness.

Well, before the curiosity quotient in your mind jogs miles, let me take a moment and explain it. So basically, mindfulness is nothing but the state where you are completely aware of the present, what you are doing, and what’s happening around you and not overwhelmed by your surroundings.

Though this concept sounds slightly monotonous and highly philosophical, the good news is that it’s not. In today’s hyper-fast world, where people can barely manage to find time for their physical well-being, it would be highly impractical to expect the same beings to be concerned about their mindfulness. The word mindfulness in itself is quite self-explanatory, causing hints towards fully being present in the given condition irrespective of the fact of how worse or best things go. That’s what we call real mindfulness! because, as they say, “live in the moment,” I personally feel, we must. Because we never know when it could be the last time.
