Importance of an Active Lifestyle

‘Exercise not only changes your body but also your attitude and mind.’

Truly said, exercise can provide you with an active lifestyle which no money can buy. An active and healthy lifestyle provides you with joy and happiness which eventually results in a longer and happier life. A person who is active and healthy can only act logically and think smartly. A person who is not healthy but is disease free will never be able to enjoy if he/she is not fit enough. The disease can be cured by medicines but fitness can not be ensured by any medicine. An active and healthy lifestyle is a boon. A few of its benefits are discussed below.

  • A person who is healthy will be able to do activities easily and will also have stronger muscles and stronger bones.
  • A person’s mood also depends upon how fit or how healthy he is.

A person who is not healthy is prone to many long-term diseases such as diabetes, Heart attacks, high blood pressure, and many more. His/her immune system will not also fight diseases very easily. How importance of being healthy can be understood in the following poem-

Healthy body and Healthy mind,  

Both you can find,

And create internal awareness,

With healthy forwardness.
