From the moment your baby is born, their nutritional needs are very different from those of an older child. Providing the right nutrition for your child at each stage of their development cannot be understated.

School-Age Children (ages 6-11) are more active and need more calories to fuel their activities. It is important to ensure they eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Additionally, it is important to ensure that children get enough iron, which helps transport oxygen throughout the body and helps prevent anemia.

Teenagers (ages 12-18) At this age, it is important to ensure that teens get enough calcium, iron, and other essential vitamins and minerals.

Teenagers should also be aware of their intake of processed and junk foods, as these can be high in empty calories and unhealthy fats.

By providing a balanced diet that includes all the essential nutrients, you can help your child reach their full potential.
