Vegetable Paneer Pockets

Vegetable Paneer Pockets are a fun and tasty way to get your kids to eat their veggies! Made with fresh, soft paneer cheese and a mix of flavorful vegetables like carrots, onions, and bell peppers, these pockets are a great snack or meal for any time of day.

Ingredients: 

1 cup paneer, crumbled;1/2 cup mixed vegetables, diced (carrots, green beans, peas, etc.); 1/4 teaspoon garam masala;1/4 teaspoon cumin powder; Salt, to taste;1 tablespoon oil; 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; 2 tablespoons ghee 

Instructions: 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. 
  2. Add the vegetables and sautĂ© for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Add the crumbled paneer, salt, garam masala, and cumin powder. Mix well. 
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat. 
  5. Add flour, ghee, and water to a bowl. Knead into a soft dough. 
  6. Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten the dough balls, and fill each with the paneer mixture. 
  7. Pinch the ends of the dough to seal the pocket and roll it. 
  8. Heat a tawa over medium flame and cook the pockets until golden brown.
