Someone has said right that “Mental health is one of the most important factors that humans need to take care of.” Because mental health links directly to your psychological being, means if someone’s mentally ill, his behaviour will change unconditionally and he’ll experience mood swings. If a person’s life is going downhill these changes will trigger a range of mental disorders which include stress, wrong thinking, depression, and anxiety. On 10th October we celebrate “World Mental Health Day.” Having good mental health helps in having great physical health. There are many activities that help us to improve our mental health such as walking, swimming, yoga, relaxation, etc. Without mental well-being, people cannot satisfy their full potential or play an active part in everyday life. Mental health issues can include many areas, from enhancing our emotional well-being to preventing suicide. One’s thought process is also dependent upon one’s mental health situation, which is directly related to one’s lifestyle and decision-making.
